I guess it starts by appreciating who you are.. Once the self respect is there, one tends to treat others the same.. Friendship is important.. especially after the hot stuff has cooled down somewhat ! I enjoy walking cycling, I am not a cordon bleu but I know how to improvise ! I paint when the feeling is there.. I am rarely angry.. never vulgar.. I consider myself an essencialist..
