As the headline says, I'm an independent professional man, straight acting, caring and sincere, who likes many of the typical things : travel, cooking , movies etc .
I've really had wonderful opportunities to travel and realise that theres many different ways to see life. My travel isn't 5 star by any means and I prefer it that way. It allows me to get a glimpse of local life wherever I am.
I enjoy humour that's not at the expense of someone else and I have been told that I can be very 'funny' at times. Having a laugh , sharing a joke or just seeing how ridiculous we can be is a plus. I try to avoid getting into a flap about 'first world white problems'.
I think my politics would be described as 'left' , so maybe it's not so surprising I work in human services.
I remain hopeful about the possibility of a partner but equally resigned to being alone if a true partnership is unattainable.
I do find it difficult to be talking about myself. I have a lot of qualities that I like about me but of of course I have my flaws as well. Fortunately I'm not into the whole gay scene and nor am I a narcissist.
I look forward to speaking in person should the opportunity eventuate.
