What I find appealing in a man is also what I strive for: honesty, creativity, kindness, optimism, ambition, a ready sense of humor, a commitment to living life on life's terms. I like to start the day with a quiet cup of tea and end it on a romantic note. I'm very active, interested in everything, have many hobbies - collect art, write short stories, read a lot (finally convinced that I'm pretty darn smart...even without that college degree) and as comfortable in cargo shorts as I am in a tux. With a 20-yr old business and offices on both coasts I have the luxury of a rather flexible schedule. My career is enjoyable and I work hard to have options in life and financial security - but relax as much as possible so I can enjoy what I've accomplished. Long conversations over delicious dinners at nice restaurants or while hangin' at sidewalk cafes getting caffeinated are a favorite past time. I work with a trainer three times a week...the results are a fit, lean guy in perfect health (waist is the same size it was 20 years ago). I'm youthful with bright blue eyes and a big smile. I'd like to date a guy who has the means to travel (love international vacations and my business serves resorts and spas). I'm attracted to a lean or athletic man who enjoys being a man and who is a combination of tenderness, passion and playfulness. I hope to find a person that's nice to look at, but more importantly...a nice person. People who have learned to love themselves and are committed to treating themselves well are most appealing. I'm spiritual versus religious and try to stay in the present in order to experience a little peace, which always seems to reward me with happiness. I've discovered life will keep getting better if I can stay out of the way and give it a chance.
