Hello, thanks for reading a little about me. I'm a born and bred Londoner, working and living in London. I like to think that I am a genuine, mature and reasonably intelligent guy. I'm tall (6ft 1), slim of athlectic build, a regular gym-user, with blue eyes, brown hair. Although I have put my style as 'smart', this is just at work; outside of work, I prefer stylish, but smart/casual. Love a good designer shop binge from time to time ;) I'm a fairly well-educated and quite well-spoken guy....and have two degrees and currently trying to complete a doctorate in my spare time when I can! I enjoy the company of friends and family. With a busy and demanding job at times, it is sometimes difficult to enjoy my hobbies and pursuits, but I do make time, and I enjoy travelling in the UK, Europe and further, city breaks, visiting the gym, keeping fit, listening to music (mostly current/commercial/80's and 90's), going out to bars and pubs (and occasionally clubs) - I love a good drink from time to time :), cinema, ballet and theatre, music concerts, and driving my car when I can to head away. Some of my music/artist favourites are slightly odd I must add! I enjoy reading, and am particularly interested in autobiographies, particularly of politicians and other individuals. My interests include politics, current affairs and economics.

Looking for a genuine and down to Earth type of person, to get to know, preferably (although not essential) with some similar interests to the above. I've been single for a few years now, having focused on career and education and spending time with friends; now I'm looking to possibly meet someone that I can connect with and get to know over time, in a non-pressured way. Genuine, honest, caring, down to Earth, easy to get on with, someone that looks after themselves, a young (ish) professional, and a good education all go a long way in my book - I know, a bit of a traditionalist. Aside from that, individual differences do not matter. It's always good to hear from like-minded people, and I will always reply as soon as I can.
